Where are you located?

We bake in Footscray and are currently working towards our first bricks and mortar shop front. For now, you can order all your treats here online or grab a sample exclusively from our stockists.

When do I need to order?

We require 2-3 business days to process all orders. Please make allowances for this, and delivery times, if you require your treats by a certain date.

Do you deliver?

Yes! If you are a Melbourne local we offer delivery within a 5km radius of the CBD.

We deliver a selection of our range throughout Australia via Australia Post Express.

When will you deliver my order within Melbourne?

When will you send my Express Post order?

We ship postal orders via Express Post between Monday to Thursday. We do not ship on Friday as your order wont reach you by the weekend.

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Everything is baked fresh and sent to you on the same day.

Please allow 2-3 business days for the product to arrive via Express Post. In some instances this could take longer. If your order is delayed please contact Australia Post directly.

Where can I pick up my order?

If you are a Footscray local, or just passing through, you can collect your order from West 48 on the date you specify. You will receive a fulfilment email notification when your order is ready for collection.

How should I store my treats?

All of our treats are best eaten fresh at room temperature. You can however store them in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to three to five days.
